A: A promo code, also called a promotion code, promotional code, coupon, coupon code or discount code, allows an online shopper to get a deduction off their purchase total. The deduction may be a percentage off (like 5% off) or dollars off (like $5 off a $50 purchase) on an order or free shipping. Look for a field called Discount Code, Promo Code, Coupon Code, or something similar, when you are going through the checking out process for your online purchase. You’ll be able to type in the promo code and see your order total reduced!
A: If you know what store you want, you can click on “
All Stores” in the top menu and look for your store by name. If you haven’t picked a store, you can click on a Shopping Category in the right side menu, such as
Computers & Electronics. This will display a list of stores that have those types of products. If you are looking for an item, say a laptop, you can enter “laptop” in our search field at the top of the right sidebar. It will display stores, coupon, specials, or price cuts that match your search term.
A: Many merchants offer long-running codes which will not have an expiration date while others offer coupons that only last a few days, weeks, or months. If there is an expiration date associated with a promo code, it will be displayed. We work diligently to keep all of the promo codes displayed on our site current.
A: In addition to the coupons for a store, there may also be a listing of sales and specials that the store is currently offering. It could include items on sale or specially-priced bundled items, rebates, or free gifts. We also display individual products that have recently had their prices reduced. These lower prices are available without being tied to a coupon code. In fact, you can often purchase sale or reduced-price items AND apply a promo code at check-out as well to get a further discount.
